As the Human Resources Manager, you will be a key driver in enhancing employee satisfaction, optimizing HR operations, and supporting both our mission and business strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in human capital management, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of employee engagement, compliance, and workforce development.
Key Responsibilities:
Your role will be both dynamic and impactful, with a focus on several key areas:
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Oversee and manage the entire recruitment process, from developing strategic sourcing techniques to attracting and hiring top talent that aligns with Clear Motivations' values and goals.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by addressing employee concerns, promoting open communication, and resolving conflicts.
- Policy Development & Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with best practices and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Workers' Compensation & Benefits Administration: Administer workers' compensation programs and manage employee benefits, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- HR Software & Systems Management: Utilize HR systems such as Gusto, Timeero, and other platforms to streamline HR processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure accuracy in payroll and benefits administration.
- Program & Workforce Development: Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention, ensuring that our workforce is well-equipped for growth. Collaborate with senior management on strategic workforce planning and development.
- Training & Development: Design and deliver training sessions that improve employee skills, foster career growth, and support a continuous learning culture within the organization.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR leader who can drive positive change and promote an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance workplace culture. The ideal candidate will bring the following experience and skills:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar human resources role.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of human capital management principles and best practices. Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation regulations and compliance requirements.
- Skills: Proficiency in HR software, particularly Gusto, Timeero, and Zoho Creator. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Program Management: Experience with program management and strategic planning within an HR context. Ability to create, implement, and measure initiatives that drive employee engagement and retention.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
