The position of Fire Science/EMS Instructor is a pooled position and applications will be reviewed on an as needed, on-going basis.

As the Part-Time Fire Science/EMS Instructor, you will be primarily responsible for teaching Fire Science courses. They may also be asked to teach EMS classes when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates degree in Fire Science is strongly desired in the related field.
- Minimum of five years of verifiable experience in specific areas to be taught. (i.e. if instructor is being hired to teach a rescue class they must be able to demonstrate at least 5 years experience serving on or working with a technical rescue team)
- Classroom teaching experience preferred; On-line instruction experience desirable.
